Vegetarian Nachos

A plate of vegetarian nachos

Vegetarian Nachos are one of my favorite snacks. It might not be the most nutritious, but it tastes great. I developed this recipe my self over time and it never fails to please.

Vegetarian Nachos Recipe

Ingredients

  • 200 grams of Corn Tortilla Chips
  • 200 grams cheddar cheese
  • 2 green onions
  • 1 small green pepper
  • 2 ounces Taco sauce
  • 2 ounces sliced black olives
  • 1 medium tomato
  • 4 ounces sour cream

Preparation

  1. Spread tortilla chips evenly onto a baking tray.
  2. Shred cheese evenly over top of chips.
  3. Drip taco sauce evenly over cheese.
  4. Dice green pepper and green onion and spread evenly over cheese.
  5. Spread olives evenly over cheese.
  6. Cook in oven at 450F for 5 mins or until cheese is melted.
  7. Dice tomato and spread evenly.
  8. Place sour cream in the center of the tray.

Vegan Substitutions

Daiya cheese is dairy free and can be used in place of cheddar cheese.
Yoso sour cream is dairy free and can be used in place of sour cream.
