My Favorite Vegetarian Mushroom Burger Recipe

A yummy mushroom burger sitting on a plate.

This is a recipe that I have been playing with for awhile. I have found that it makes a good vegetarian mushroom burger and also serves as a good replacement for ground beef. I’ve made this as burgers, tacos and in casseroles that ask for ground beef. That casserole will be an upcoming recipe on the site. This recipe makes 3-4 burgers depending on size.
